摘要
胞溶素(Lysenin,LYS)是在爱胜蚓属体腔液中发现的一类小分子造孔毒素蛋白,属于多蛋白家族,可以和细胞膜鞘磷脂特异性结合发挥其溶血毒性、抗菌、离子通道、抗氧化、细胞凋亡等功能活性。文章综述了胞溶素的理化分子结构、生物学功能、潜在应用,以为其未来研究提供参考和依据。
Lysenin(LYS)is a small pore-forming toxin(PFTs)exclusively identified from the coelomic fluid(CF)of the Eisenia genus.LYS belongs to a multiprotein family and it binds specifically to sphingomyelin(SM)of cell membranes to exert antimicrobial,antioxidative,hemolytic,ion channel and apoptosis functional activities.In this review,we concluded the physicochemical and molecular structure,biological functions as well as multi-field applications of LYS and pointed out its promising development and value for further research.
