摘要
针对污水厂处理污水时因采用加盖除臭处理从而难以监控生物池曝气的情况,研制了一套封闭环境无人巡检装置,可实现生物池曝气段封闭区域内的无人化自动巡视。封闭环境无人巡检装置采用水下智能巡检平台集成水质传感器,并在此基础上进行二次开发来实现无人化自动巡检,兼具封闭环境内自动巡航和水质监测的功能。系统所搭载的传感检测单元可对氨氮、硝氮、pH、溶解氧以及MLSS指标进行检测。装置不仅可对污水处理厂封闭环境进行无人巡检,还可对多区域水质进行监控,保障出水合格达标方面效果显著,并在一定程度上降低能耗。
Aiming at the situation that it was difficult to monitor the aeration of the biological pool due to the deodorization treatment used in the sewage treatment plant,a set of unmanned inspection device in a closed environment was developed,which can realize the unmanned automatic patrol inspection in the closed area of the aeration section of the biological pool.The closed environment unmanned inspection device used an underwater intelligent inspection platform to integrate water quality sensors,and on this basis,it had undergone secondary development to realize the unmanned automatic patrol inspection,and had the functions of automatic cruise and water quality monitoring in the closed environment.The sensor detection unit carried by the system can detect ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,pH,dissolved oxygen and MLSS indicators.This device can not only carry out unmanned patrol inspection in the closed environment of the sewage treatment plant,but also monitor the water quality in multiple areas,which has a significant effect in ensuring that the effluent meets the standard and reduces energy consumption to a certain extent.
