风电场-综合能源服务商协同运行优化调度

摘要 电力体制改革的深入推进,使得综合能源服务商能够整合多种能源资源参与风电消纳。为此,提出一种风电场-综合能源服务商(integrated energy service provider,IESP)协同运行模式。考虑风电出力以及电、热负荷的不确定性对风电场-IESP协同运行过程产生的风险,将IESP中考虑用户用电心理和用户用热方式满意度的电、热负荷需求响应与供能设备作为降低风险损失的重要资源,建立以IESP运行收益和风险规避最大化的风险规避模型。算例表明,所提模型能有效降低风电场-IESP协同运行中的偏差电量,降低其惩罚成本,并且能够有效提升风电场-IESP协同运行的有效性。 With the in-depth advancement of the power system,the integrated energy service providers(IESP)can integrate a variety of energy resources to participate in wind power consumption.For this reason,a cooperative operation mode of wind farm-IESP was proposed.Under this mode,with consideration of the risks of wind power output and the uncertainties of power and heat loads on the wind farm-IESP coordinated operation process,the power and heat load demand response and energy supply equipment in IESP considering the user’s power consumption psychology and the user’s satisfaction with heat consumption mode were regarded as important resources to reduce the risk and loss.A risk aversion model was established that maximized the operating benefits of IESP and risk aversion.The calculation examples show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the deviation electricity in the wind farm-IESP coordinated operation and cut down its penalty cost;and it can effectively improve the effectiveness of the wind farm-IESP coordinated operation.
