摘要
对某厂FSSS系统MFT硬回路与控制逻辑的现状进行分析,针对实际应用中存在的问题,通过提出一种可实施的炉膛压力保护带工质传动的方法和装置,对MFT跳闸硬回路进行优化,对机炉电大联锁控制逻辑进行完善4个措施,解决系统中存在的不足,提高了FSSS系统保护功能的可靠性,为其它机组改造提供参考和借鉴。
The status of MFT hardware circuit and control logic in FSSS of a power plant is analyzed, for the problems existing in practical applications, by proposing an implementable method and device for furnace pressure protection with working medium transmission, optimizing MFT tripping hard circuit, and improving the control logic of boiler, turbine,and generator interlocking four measures to solve the problems in system, improved the reliability of protection function of FSSS. It can provide reference and reference for the transformation of other units.
