摘要
目的 择取糖尿病周围神经病变患者,对其使用依帕司他、硫辛酸联合治疗,分析效果。方法 择取2018年6月—2021年6月山东省聊城市东昌府人民医院收治的200例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据治疗方法的不同分组,每组100例。单独组行依帕司他治疗,联合组行依帕司他、硫辛酸联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果、周围神经病变情况评分、神经传导速度测定值、不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗有效率比单独组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组MDNS、MNSI评分均比单独组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组神经传导速度测定值均比单独组更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组糖尿病周围神经病变消失时间、血流速度恢复正常时间均比单独组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的不良反应发生率比单独组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病周围神经病变患者使用依帕司他、硫辛酸联合治疗的效率较高,可以缓解其病变情况,降低不良反应发生的概率,提高应用价值。
Objective Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected and treated with epalrestat and lipoic acid,and the effect was analyzed.Methods 200 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy admitted to Dongchangfu People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods,with 100 patients in each group.The individual group was treated with epalastat,and the combined group was treated with epalastat and lipoic acid.The treatment effect,the score of peripheral neuropathy,the measured value of nerve conduction velocity and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDNS and MNSI scores of the combined group were lower than those of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the measured values of nerve conduction velocity in the combined group were all faster than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the time for blood flow velocity to return to normal in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of epalrestat and lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a high efficiency,which can alleviate the lesions,reduce the probability of adverse reactions,and improve the application value.
