摘要
目的 分析门冬胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果,为本类患者诊疗提供参考。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月南京医科大学第二附属医院收治的85例妊娠期糖尿病患者,通过随机摸球法分组,其中42例患者采取生物合成人胰岛素治疗纳入参照组,43例患者采取门冬胰岛素治疗纳入研究组。观察并对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、胰岛β功能指数、胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间、母婴不良结局。结果 研究组临床疗效显著较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血糖水平明显较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胰岛β功能指数明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胰岛素用量少于参照组,血糖达标时间早于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组母婴不良结局发生率较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病具有更为确切的疗效,可显著改善胰岛β功能指数,降低血糖水平,同时还可减少胰岛素用量,促进血糖达标,改善母婴不良结局,用药价值更为显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin aspart on gestational diabetes mellitus,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such patients.Methods Eighty five patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into groups by touching the ball.Among them,42 patients were included in the reference group with biosynthetic human insulin treatment,and 43 patients were included in the study group with aspartic insulin treatment.The clinical effect,blood sugar level and pancreatic islet β functional index,insulin dosage,blood glucose reaching time and maternal and infant adverse outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pancreatic islet β function index in the study group was significantly better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin dosage of the study group was less than that of the reference group,and the time to reach the blood glucose target was earlier than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus has a more precise effect,which can significantly improve the islet βfunction index and reduce the blood sugar level.At the same time,it can also reduce the dosage of insulin,promote the blood sugar to reach the target,and improve the adverse outcomes of mothers and infants,and
