摘要
煤炭作为我国重要的基础能源材料,资源丰富且分布广泛,但是在开采、储存和运输的过程中,煤尘飞扬不仅造成经济损失和环境污染,还危害工人的生命健康。煤炭化学抑尘剂凭借其良好的选择性和实用性在这一领域得到了广泛的应用,为了进一步促进煤炭抑尘剂良好的研究应用,有必要加强对煤炭抑尘剂的应用情况和发展趋势进行研究。简述了国内外抑尘剂的发展状况、抑尘剂的作用机理和分类,浅析了不同类型抑尘剂的具体应用和优缺点,最后展望煤炭抑尘剂的发展趋势,以期为煤炭抑尘剂的研究应用提供借鉴。
As an important basic energy material in China,coal is rich in resources and widely distributed.However,in the process of mining,storage and transportation,coal dust flying not only causes economic losses and environmental pollution,but also endangers the lives and health of workers.Coal chemical dust inhibitors has been widely used in this field because of its good selectivity and practicability.In order to further promote the good research and application of coal dust inhibitors,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the application and development trend of it.This paper briefly describes the development status,action mechanism and classification of dust inhibitors at home and abroad,analyzes the specific appli-cation,advantages and disadvantages of different types of dust inhibitors,and finally looks forward to the development trend of coal dust inhibitors,in order to provide reference for the research and application of coal dust inhibitors.
