摘要
【目的】为了寻找乡村旅游创新发展的高质量发展的路径,有力推进北京乡村振兴。【方法】基于游客感知价值理论,采用问卷调查和结构方程方法对北京市乡村民宿发展关键影响因素进行分析。【结果】研究发现北京市乡村民宿发展存在硬件设施功能配备不齐全、文化内涵不丰富、服务水平参差不齐等问题。三者都对北京市乡村民宿发展产生正向相关影响。【结论】从精准把握游客消费升级的需求、深挖北京乡村民宿的文化内涵、打造多元化的产品与服务等方面提出北京市乡村民宿发展的建议。
The vigorous development of rural homestay in Beijing(RHB)is an important form of the development of rural tourism,and a powerful way to promote rural revitalization.[Objective]The research aims to explore the path of high-quality development of the RHB.[Methods]Through questionnaire analysis and structural equation,this paper analyzes the key factors influencingthe development of the RHB based on tourists'perceived value theory.[Results]From the perspective of external environment and hardware facilities,rural cultural experience perception and homestay service value perception,the paper investigates the problems in the development of the RHB.The three aspects are the key factors positive affecting the development of rural homestay in Beijing,such as hardware facilities are not fully equipped,the cultural connotation is not rich,and the service level is uneven.[Conclusion]The paper puts forward suggestions such as accurately grasping the needs of tourists'consumption upgrading,deeply excavating the cultural connotation of the RHB,and creating diversified products and services to promote the development of the RHB.
