摘要
随着信息技术的高速发展与普及,我国各行各业进入快速发展阶段,且普遍运用了大数据、互联网及物联网等信息技术,使得企业呈现出全新的发展态势。企业在开展财务工作的过程中,要建立一个完善的财务共享体系,从而解决各种财务问题,以此最大限度地满足财务工作需求。鉴于此,文章以现阶段集团企业财务管控作为研究对象,阐述了业财融合运用于集团企业财务管控的必要性,基于业财融合视角探讨了财务管控的有效途径,以期为相关领域的财务工作人员提供一定的参考。
With the rapid development and popularization of information technology,all walks of life in China have entered a stage of rapid development,and information technologies,such as big data,Internet and Internet of Things,have been widely used,which makes enterprises show a new development trend.In the process of carrying out financial work,enterprises should establish a perfect financial sharing system to solve various financial problems and meet the needs of financial work to the maximum extent.In view of this,this paper takes the financial management and control of group enterprises at the current stage as the research object,expounds the necessity of application of business and finance integration in the financial management and control of group enterprises,and discusses the effective ways of financial control from the perspective of business and finance integration,hoping to provide some reference for financial staff in related fields.
