摘要
为进一步保证矿井安全生产,降低矿井排水费用,压低生产成本,新查庄公司从井下中央泵房自动化改造、避峰填谷措施落实、新型排水设备投入使用、水仓扩容等四个方面进行了深入研究和探讨。通过一段时间的运行,整体方案切实可行,且经济效益较为明显。下一步将对方案进行深化落实和推广,确保取得更好的节能效果。
In order to further ensure the safe production of the mine,reduce the drainage cost of the mine and reduce the production cost,Xinchazhuang Company has conducted in-depth research and discussion from four aspects:the automation transformation of the underground central pump room,the implementation of peak avoiding and valley filling measures,the use of new drainage equipment,and the expansion of the water bin.After a period of operation,the overall plan is practical and economic benefits are obvious.The next step will be to deepen the implementation and promotion of the scheme to ensure better energy-saving effect.
