摘要
阐述一种基于FPGA的NVRAM存储控制系统的设计方案,FPGA作为这个控制的核心,由它产生存储器的逻辑控制信号,进而实现对NVRAM存储芯片的数据读、数据写和指令控制。
This paper describes a design scheme of NVRAM memory control system based on FPGA. FPGA is the core of this control system, which generates the logic control signal of memory, and then realizes the data reading, data writing and instruction control of NVRAM memory chip.
