花瓣状CuCo_(2)S_(4)的制备及其在电化学检测抗坏血酸中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 利用溶剂热法制备了CuCo_(2)S_(4)双金属催化剂,并采用滴涂方式将其修饰在玻碳电极表面,用于检测抗坏血酸。利用XRD和SEM对所制备的CuCo_(2)S_(4)双金属催化剂进行表征;利用循环伏安法(CV)考察CuCo_(2)S_(4)所修饰电极的电化学性能。结果表明,当外加电压为0.30 V、抗坏血酸的质量浓度在2~110 mg/L范围内时,抗坏血酸的质量浓度(ρ)与响应电流(I_(r))呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程系数R^(2)=0.9998。利用红外光谱分析推断出电催化抗坏血酸的氧化机理。 CuCo_(2)S_(4)catalyst is prepared through solvothermal method,and modified on the surface of the glasscarbon electrode by drip coating,which is used to detect ascorbic acid.The prepared CuCo_(2)S_(4)catalyst is characterized by means of XRD and SEM,and the electrochemical properties of the electrodes modified by CuCo_(2)S_(4)are evaluated by cyclic voltammetry(CV).Experimental results show that the mass concentration of ascorbic acid shows a good linear relationship with the response current and the regression equation coefficient R^(2)=0.9998 when the applied voltage is 0.30 V,and the mass concentration of ascorbic acid is in the range of 2-110 mg·L^(-1).The oxidation mechanism of electrocatalytic ascorbic acid is deduced by means of infrared spectroscopy.
