摘要
在改造项目代建日益严格的背景下,管理工作已成为相关活动开展的重要环节。本文以思明区湖滨西路和思明南路街区立面整治提升工程为例,对改造项目代建管理进行分析,对代建管理工作展开论述,明确项目执行中的各类要点,包括目标设定、项目调查、建设管理、多方协调等方面,并总结后续工作中需要注意的问题,以期为相关工程建设提供借鉴。
In the context of increasingly strict agent construction of renovation projects,management has become an important link in the development of follow-up related activities.Taking the elevation improvement project of Hubin West Road and Siming South Road blocks in Siming District as an example,this paper analyzes the agent construction management of the renovation project,discusses the relevant agent construction management work,clarifies various key points in the project implementation,including goal setting,project investigation,construction management,multi-party coordination,etc.It also summarizes the problems that need attention in the follow-up work,in order to provide reference for the construction of related projects.
