抗蛇行减振器温变/频变特性与车辆动力学性能关系

Relationship between Temperature Variation and Frequency Variation Characteristics of Anti-hunting Damper and Vehicle Dynamic Performance

摘要 选取了两种常见的典型抗蛇行减振器结构即阀片控制阻尼结构和螺旋弹簧控制阻尼结构进行试验研究,且仿真分析了减振器温变特性与车辆动力学关系。研究结果表明:随着油液温度的升高,两种结构减振器吸收的能量、动态刚度及动态阻尼均减小;相对于高温,低温对减振器温变特性和频变特性的影响均较大;随着频率增加,动态阻尼均呈先增加后减小趋势,动态刚度均呈先增加后逐渐保持不变趋势;油液温度对车辆稳定性影响较大,对安全性影响较小,且低温对动力学性能影响大于高温。 Two typical anti-hunting damper structures, namely, the valve plate controlled damping structure and the helical spring controlled damping structure, were selected for experimental study. And the relationship between the temperature variation characteristics of the damper and vehicle dynamic performance was simulated and analyzed. The research results show that with the increase of oil temperature, the energy, dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping absorbed by two kinds of structure dampers decrease. Compared with high temperature, low temperature has a greater influence on the temperature variation and frequency variation characteristics of the damper. With the increase of frequency, the dynamic damping increases first and then decreases, and the dynamic stiffness increases first and then gradually remains unchanged. Moreover, the oil temperature has a greater impact on vehicle stability than on safety, and low temperature has a greater impact on dynamic performance than high temperature does.
