摘要
食用菌发菌质量直接影响食用菌产量和品质。针对目前发菌棚管理粗放,栽培环境监控不到位造成资源浪费、品质良莠不齐和生产效率低等问题,该文应用传感器、PLC和组态等物联网技术,设计研发了食用菌发菌智能管理系统,实现了发菌棚内部和外部环境信息的实时监测报警及发菌环境的智能化调控,为食用菌菌丝生长发育提供适宜的环境条件。通过测试发现,食用菌发菌智能管理系统功能完备,性能可靠,触摸屏人机交互性好,设备运行稳定,满足设计需求,能够有效降低人工的劳动强度和密度,提升菌棒质量,对提升产品品质和连续生产的能力有重要作用。
The quality of fungus growth directly affects the yield and quality of edible fungi.In order to solve the existing problems,such as resource waste,uneven quality and low production efficiency caused by extensive management and inadequate monitoring of cultivation environment,an intelligent management system was designed and developed by using Internet of Things technologies,such as sensors,PLC and configuration,which realized real-time monitoring and alarming of internal and external environmental information and intelligent monitoring of fungus growth environment,and provided suitable environmental for the growth and development of edible fungi hypha.Through the test,it is found that the intelligent management system has complete functions,reliable performance,good man-machine interaction of touch screen,stable operation of equipment and meets the design requirements.It can effectively reduce the labor intensity and density,improve the quality of bacterial rods,and play an important role in improving product quality and continuous production capacity.
