摘要
结合义乌商城大道隧道工程项目,介绍深大基坑市政工程施工过程中面临的经济风险及应对措施。在满足项目要求的情况下,利用工程施工过程中优化设计、安全文明施工费控制、抢工赶工、提高施工效率措施、建立项目部成本管控体系等节约工程成本,实现工程履约,保证工程经济最大化。
Based on YiwuShangcheng Avenue Tunnel Project,this paper introduces the economic risks faced during the construction of deep foundation pit municipal works and corresponding measures.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of the project,the project cost can be saved by means of optimum design,safe and civilized construction cost control,rushing to work,improving construction efficiency measures and establishing cost control system of the project department.It realizes project performance and ensures maximum project economy.
