摘要
杭州某市政工程针对砂质粉土环境下管廊跨河施工困难,对跨河的管廊结构物分幅施工,从而达到不影响河流通行的目的。围堰筑岛采用两层拉森钢板桩+沙袋结构形式,打设两层拉森钢板桩,中间留出空隙填筑砂袋,弥补钢板桩止水性能,围堰内部通过清除淤泥换填后,填筑质量好的宕渣,一方面为管廊施工提供足够的地基承载能力,另一方面能够从内侧抵河水对围堰结构横向作用力,增加结构稳定性。
Because it is difficult to construct the pipe gallery across the river in the sandy silt environment,a municipal project constructed the pipe gallery structure across the river in sections,so as not to affect the river traffic.The cofferdam island building adopts the structure of two-layer Larsen steel sheet pile and sandbag.Two layers of Larsen steel sheet piles shall be driven first,and the gap between them shall be filled with sand bags to make up for the water stop performance of the steel sheet piles.After sludge removal and replacement,it is necessary to fill the cofferdam with high-quality slag.On the one hand,it can provide sufficient foundation bearing capacity for the construction of pipe gallery,and on the other hand,it can reach the lateral force of the river on the cofferdam structure from the inner side to increase the structural stability.
