摘要
树立科学的择业价值观有利于高职院校学生顺利融入社会。以江苏省内8所高职院校共2493名学生为调查对象,从择业认知情况、价值取向、态度动机、目标职业以及择业途径等维度开展择业价值观现状研究,并指出高职院校学生择业价值观存在认知不准确、动机不清晰、自身能动性低等问题,提出从强化理想信念教育、提升择业能动性、利用人才图谱工具等方面,对高职院校学生择业价值观进行有效引导。
Establishing scientific career values is conducive to the smooth integration of higher vocational college students into society.Taking a total of 2493 students from 8 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province as the investigation object,the study on the current situation of career selection values is carried out from the perspectives of cognition,value orientation,attitude and motivation,target occupation and career selection approach,and points out the problems such as inaccurate cognition,unclear motivation and low self-motivation in career selection values of higher vocational college students.It proposes that the higher vocational college students should be effectively guided in the aspects of strengthening ideals and belief education,improving career selection initiative,and making use of talent mapping tools.
