摘要
服务国家科技战略和经济社会发展,是我国科技期刊最重要的使命。当今世界形势、外部环境和我国特殊国情,要求科学技术研究不仅要体现其学术价值,更应具备与国家战略和产业发展相匹配的社会价值,引领时代进步。因此,我国一流工程类科技期刊,除打造自身学术影响力和传播力外,还应设法利用期刊品牌效应,服务产学研交流,助力国家重点产业发展。该文分析了国内产学研交流的基本态势,探讨了期刊出版单位参与产学研交流的可行性及对期刊发展的积极作用,并介绍了《材料导报》编辑部的相关实践。
Serving the national science and technology strategy,and economic and social development is the most important mission of China's S&T journals.Today's world political map,external environment and China's special national conditions require that science and technology research should not only reflect academic value,but also have the social value that matches with the national strategy and industrial development in order to lead the progress of Chinese revitalization.Therefore,China's outstanding engineering sci-tech journals should not only improve their own academic influence and communication power,but also try to make use of the journal brand effect to serve the industry university research exchange,and benefit the development of national key industries.This paper first analyzes the current status of domestic industry-scholar-research communications.Then it discusses the feasibility of S&T journals to participate in industry-scholar-research communications,and the positive effect to the journal itself.We also introduce relevant practices of the Editorial Office of Material Reports.
