泰国汉语教育的政策变迁与中国汉语国际教育的发展

摘要 伴随着泰国汉语教育政策的变迁,泰国的汉语教育也经历了早期的"孕育阶段"、举步维艰的"发展阶段"、陷入低谷的"低迷阶段"以及"蓬勃繁荣发展"4个不同的演变周期,而在这4个不同的生命成长周期中,泰国汉语呈现出不同的发展态势。从具体成因来看,其中既有政治原因,也有深刻的历史和社会原因。基于此,文章通过分析泰国汉语教育政策,详细梳理和总结泰国汉语教育政策的变迁历史,由此探赜我国汉语教育的发展现状,为进一步系统研究泰国汉语教育政策及解读其背后的深层原因,深入了解每个不同阶段泰国的汉语教育政策特征及其所处的汉语教育大环境,为汉语的国际化传播发展奠定良好基础。 With the change of Chinese education policy in Thailand, Chinese education in Thailand has gone through four different evolution cycles: the early "gestation stage", the difficult "development stage", the low "downturn stage" and "vigorous and prosperous development". In these four different life growth cycles, Thai Chinese presents different development trends. From the specific causes, there are not only political reasons, but also profound historical and social reasons. Based on this, this paper analyzes the Chinese education policy in Thailand, combs and summarizes the change history of Chinese education policy in Thailand, and explores the development status of Chinese education in China, so as to further study the Chinese education policy in Thailand and interpret the underlying reasons, In order to lay a good foundation for the development of Chinese international communication, it is necessary to have an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of Chinese education policy and the Chinese education environment in Thailand at different stages.
