摘要
学习动机是维持一名学习者学习动力至关重要的因素。民办高校的学生由于其自身具有自我学习能力不强、易放弃等特殊性,如果教师不对其学习动机加以把握、正确引导,最终会造成教者与学者各自为政的恶劣结果。低年级是为整个大学四年的学习夯实基础的阶段,如果在这个阶段荒废了,会给整个四年的学习带来极大的消极影响。同时,我们应该认识到,学习者的学习动机也会随着学习的不断深入,不断地发生改变,作为教师,不能将其看成一个一成不变的固定值,而是一个在不断变化的变量。只有这样,才能不断地紧贴着其学习动机进行相应的课堂安排,以期每堂课程都能取得最佳的课堂效果。
Learning motivation is an important factor in maintaining a learner’s motivation to learn, Based on the special characteristics of students in private colleges and universities, such as poor self-learning ability and easy to give up, if the teacher does not grasp and correctly guide the learning motivation of students, the bad consequences of teachers and learners being separate will eventually be caused. Since the students’ lower grades are the stage to lay a solid foundation for the entire four-year study in colleges and universities, if their studies are left unused at this stage,their entire four-year study will be greatly negatively affected. At the same time, we should be aware that the learning motivation of learners is also constantly changing with the deepening of learning. As teachers, we should regard it as a variable that is constantly changing, rather than a fixed value that is immutable. Only in this way can we continuously follow the learning motivation of students to make corresponding classroom arrangements, so as to achieve the best classroom teaching effect for each course.
