摘要
弘扬传统文化,培育大学生的文化自信和使命感,是高校辅导员的主要职责之一,对提升辅导员的职业能力素养有重要的意义。辅导员工作中主要通过日常思想政治教育、党团班级建设、学风建设、网络思想教育、日常教学、社团活动与社会实践、理论学习进行传统文化教育,然后通过问卷调查研究辅导员开展传统文化教育的现状。发现辅导员开展传统文化教育的程度总体较低;辅导员的传统文化教育与这7个层面的工作职责之间相关性较好;文科类学生的辅导员开展传统文化教育的程度显著高于理工科类;辅导员对大四学生开展传统文化教育的程度最低。
It is one of the main responsibilities of college counselors to carry forward the traditional culture and cultivate the cultural confidence and sense of mission of college students, which is of great significance to improve the professional ability and accomplishment of college counselors. Counselors’ work mainly carries out traditional culture education through daily ideological and political education, party and league class construction, study style construction,network ideological education, daily teaching, community activities and social practice, theoretical study, and then studies the status quo of counselors’ traditional culture education through questionnaire survey. It is found that the degree of traditional culture education carried out by counselors is generally low. There is a good correlation between counselors’ traditional culture education and these seven levels of job responsibilities. The degree of traditional culture education carried out by counselors of liberal arts students is significantly higher than that of science and engineering students.Counselors carried out the lowest degree of traditional culture education in the senior year.
