摘要
在发展职业教育大有可为的历史机遇中,现有的“双高”建设单位或正在积极创建的“非双高”院校需重视行政人员队伍的培养,以保障管理工作顺利运转,提升学校综合实力。行政人员的知识技能素质、心理素质与内驱力素质与“双高计划”建设的能力要求存在一定差距,职业倦怠频繁发生。结合职业素质分析模型,高职院校应加强专业岗位素质培育,重塑核心柔性职业素质,激活行政人员的内生动力,端正态度和价值观,促进学校由内趋外的发展,实现“双高”办学目标。
In the context of the promising development of vocational education,existing"double-high"construction units or"non-double-high"institutions that are actively creating need to pay attention to the training of administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of management and enhance the comprehensive strength of the college.There is a gap between the knowledge,skills,psychological quality and internal drive of administrative staff and the requirements of the"double-high"program,and burnout occurs frequently.Combined with the professional quality analysis model,higher vocational institutions should strengthen the cultivation of professional job quality,reshape the core flexible professional quality,activate the endogenous motivation of administrative staff,correct attitudes and values,promote the development of the college from the inside to the outside,and achieve the goal of"double-high"college operation.
