摘要
目的:分析微创手术治疗老年四肢骨折对肢体功能的影响。方法:选择本院四肢骨折患者共70例,数字表随机分两组,每组35例,对照组的患者给予常规内固定技术治疗,观察组采取微创锁定钢板治疗。比较两组手术的耗时、平均住院天数、四肢骨折愈合的时间、治疗前后患者应激程度指标、总有效率、并发症率。结果:观察组手术的耗时、平均住院天数、四肢骨折愈合的时间短于对照组,治疗后患者应激程度指标低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组手术并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:微创锁定钢板对四肢骨折的治疗作用确切,可减轻对患者的应激,并缩短手术的时间,加速骨折的愈合和减少并发症的出现。
Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive surgery on limb function in the treatment of elderly limb fractures.Methods:A total of 70 patients with limb fractures in our hospital were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional internal fixation technology,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive locking plate treatment.The operation time,average hospitalization days,limb fracture healing time,patient stress index before and after treatment,total effective rate,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,average hospital stay,and limb fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.After treatment,the patients’stress index was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The surgical complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The minimally invasive locking plate has a definite therapeutic effect on limb fractures.It can reduce the stress on patients,shorten the operation time,accelerate the healing of fractures and reduce the occurrence of complications.
