摘要
目的:探讨脑循环治疗仪对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月本院收治的106例脑梗死患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为2组,对照组与观察组,对照组(n=53)采取常规康复介入治疗,观察组(n=53)在对照组的基础上采取治疗仪治疗,对比治疗后两组患者的Barthel指数评分、NIHSS评分、患者的脑血管血流指标速度及治疗有效率。结果:治疗后观察组的Barthel评分高于对照组、NIHSS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者ACA(47.42±4.52)、MCA(55.36±5.49)、VA(55.36±5.49)、BA(38.41±4.12)等脑血管血流速度均显著快于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组的治疗有效率98.11%,显著高于对照组的84.91%(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死患者实施脑循环治疗仪治疗能有效改善其脑部血管血液流动力,提升患者的神经功能及生活质量,使患者早日康复。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of cerebral circulation therapy instrument on cerebral infarction.Methods:106 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group.The control group(n=53)was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group(n=53)was treated with therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the Barthel index score,NIHSS score,cerebrovascular blood flow index speed and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the Barthel score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group had ACA(47.42±4.52)and MCA(55.36±5.49),VA(55.36±5.49),BA(38.41±4.12)and other cerebrovascular blood flow speeds were significantly faster than the control group(P<0.05);And the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.91%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cerebral infarction patients with cerebral circulation therapy device can effectively improve the blood flow of the cerebral blood vessels,enhance the patients’neurological function and quality of life,and enable the patients to recover quickly.
