江西浒坑钨矿矿山废水净化处理试验及工业应用研究 被引量:1

Study on Purification Treatment Test and Process Design of Mine Wastewater from Hukeng Tungsten Mine in Jiangxi Province

摘要 针对江西浒坑钨矿矿山废水固体悬浮物浓度较高且粒子以胶体稳定存在,水体pH值较低,呈较强的酸性,金属元素Mn、Zn含量严重超标的问题,本研究以“石灰脱稳-絮凝沉降”工艺对该废水进行净化处理,研究混凝剂种类及用量、pH值对废水处理效果的影响。当添加0.15 g/L石灰调节废水pH值为10.5,采用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为混凝剂且用量为10 mg/L时,净化处理后上清液的pH值和金属元素Mn、Zn含量均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)排放标准,Mn、Zn元素去除率分别高达98.80%和99.04%,废水净化处理效果十分显著。并且结合试验结果,设计出该废水处理工艺流程,并应用于工业废水处理,既高效解决了该废水存在的诸多难题,又预防处理后清水pH值偏高导致无法直接排放的问题。 In view of the problems that mine wastewater from Hukeng tungsten mine in Jiangxi province of the SS concentration is high and the particles are stable in colloid,the pH value is low and the water is strongly acidic,the content of Mn and Zn metal elements seriously exceeds the standard.The process of"lime destabilization flocculation sedimentation"was used to purify the wastewater in this paper,and the effects of the type and dosage of coagulant,pH value on the wastewater treatment effect were studied.When 0.15 g/L lime was added to adjust the pH value of wastewater to 10.5,polyacrylamide(PAM)was used as coagulant and the dosage is 10 mg/L.The pH value,the metal elements Mn and Zn content of supernatant after purification treatment meet the discharge standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).Moreover,the removal rates of Mn and Zn elements were as high as 98.80%and 99.04%respectively.The wastewater purification treatment effect was very remarkable.Moreover,combined with the characteristics of wastewater from Hukeng tungsten mine and the experiment results of"lime destabilization flocculation sedimentation"treatment process,the process flow of mineral processing wastewater treatment is designed and applied to industrial wastewater treatment.It could not only effectively solve many problems existing in the wastewater,but also prevent the high pH value of the treated clean water from being directly discharged.
