摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对我国登山运动发展价值与路径进行分析。我国登山运动价值演进经历了三个阶段,初显期:服务政治任务和科学考察;延展期:服务外交合作和改革创新;提升期:服务全民健身和产业转型。发展价值:加强民族团结和促进对外交流,助力国家政治建设;优化产业结构和形成新型消费,助力国家经济建设;丰富文化生活和弘扬登山精神,助力国家文化建设;培养健全人格和服务乡村振兴,助力国家社会建设;壮大生态经济和传播环保理念,助力生态文明建设。发展路径:加强区域登山交流和深化登山对外交流格局,服务政治建设大局;提升多元化供给能力,探索产业发展新路径;做好传承与弘扬工作,提高登山文化影响力;发挥政府公共服务职能,营造良好登山环境;加强制度规范与教育引导,减少项目开发的负外部性。
By using the methods of literature review and logic analysis, this paper analyzed the development value and path of Chinese mountaineering. The value evolution of Chinese mountaineering has gone through three stages: serving political task and scientific investigation in the initial period, serving diplomatic cooperation and reform and innovation in the extended period,serving national fi tness and industrial transformation in the promotion period. The value of promoting the development of mountaineering: It strengthens ethnic unity and promotes foreign exchanges to contribute to national political construction, optimizes the industrial structure and forms a new type of consumption to contribute to national economic construction, enriches cultural life and promotes mountaineering spirit to contribute to national cultural construction, cultivates a sound personality and serves rural revitalization to contribute to national and social development, and strengthens the ecological economy and spreads the concept of environmental protection to help build an ecological civilization. Development path: We should strengthen regional mountaineering exchanges and deepen mountaineering diplomacy to serve the overall political development, enhance the ability of diversifi ed supply to explore new paths for industrial development, do a good job of inheritance and promotion to improve the infl uence of mountaineering culture, give full play to the government’s public service function to create a good mountaineering environment, and strengthen institutional norms and educational guidance to reduce the negative externalities of project development.
