摘要
目的在规范化培训心肺复苏和电除颤教学过程中合理科学使用基于PST的混合教学模式,研究此种教学模式的应用价值。方法选取福建医科大学附属南平第一医院2021年9月—2022年6月接受培训的60名学生,实施随机数表法均分为对照组(常规教学模式,30名)与观察组[基于目标导向教学法—空间—技术框架(Pedagogy-Space-Technology,PST)的混合教学模式,30名],探究不同教学模式的应用价值。结果较之对照组,观察组学生培训结束后相关考核检测成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学模式的各方面的满意分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组徒手CPR、电除颤相关指标的一次通过率相比于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于PST的混合教学模式使用在规范化培训心肺复苏和电除颤教学过程中,具有较高的教学应用价值,并且能够提高学生对有关知识的掌握度,提高其技能水平与满意度。
Objective To rationally and scientifically use the PST-based mixed teaching mode in the standardized training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and electrical defibrillation,and to study the application value of this teaching mode.Methods Selected 60 students who received training from September 2021 to June 2022 in Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,and were divided into control group(conventional teaching mode,30 students)and observation group[based on goal-oriented Pedagogy-Space-Technology(Pedagogy-Space-Technology,PST)hybrid teaching mode,30],to explore the application value of different teaching modes.Results Compared with the control group,the students in the observation group had higher scores in the relevant examinations after the training than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of all aspects of the teaching mode in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the first-pass rates of manual CPR and electrical defibrillation of the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the PST-based mixed teaching mode in the standardized training of CPR and electrical defibrillation teaching has high teaching application value,and can improve students'mastery of relevant knowledge,improve their skill level and satisfaction.
