摘要
多元文化冲击下对高校大学生思想政治教育和道德信仰产生了一定的影响。在高校的教学管理中,思政教学已成为管理工作的重要部分,对提高教学管理工作的效率具有重要意义。思政作为引领学生发展的重要学科,应采用先进的教学手段,提高思政教学实效。在多元文化视角下,高校思政教育改革存在许多问题。高校应详细了解多元文化对高校思政教育带来的影响,从营造良好的教学环境、合理做好教育内容的创新、构建教师队伍的建设、传承中国文化、培养学生综合素养等方面构建多元文化下高校思政教学改革,切实提高思政教育实效性。
The impact of multiple culture has a certain influence on the ideological and political education and moral belief of college students. In the teaching management of colleges and universities, ideological and political teaching has become an important part of the management work, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the teaching management work. As an important subject leading the development of students, ideological and political teaching should adopt advanced teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching. From the perspective of multicultural education, there are many problems in the ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should understand more about the influence of multicultural ideological education in colleges and universities, from creating a good teaching environment, reasonable education content innovation, build the construction of teachers, inheriting Chinese culture, cultivate students’ comprehensive literacy to build multicultural education teaching reform in colleges and universities, to improve the ideological education effectiveness.
