摘要
羔羊泄泻是羊最常见的疾病之一,其发病率高,死亡率高,给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。羊作为反刍动物,碳水化合物的消化代谢主要依靠瘤胃微生物的发酵,而口服抗菌药物会抑制/杀灭瘤胃微生物,致使羊出现消化不良、食欲减退等症状,故口服抗菌药物在羔羊泄泻应用方面受到了一定程度的限制。中兽药具有绿色、安全、有效等优点,在临床应用广泛,但因产品种类多,普通养殖户难以掌握辨证论治要点,无法选择合适的药物。笔者根据临床症状将羔羊泄泻分为寒湿内盛、湿热伤中、食滞肠胃、脾胃气虚和肾阳虚衰5种证候,并对藿香正气水、白头翁散、健胃散、参苓白术散、补中益气散和四逆汤等具有代表性的经典方剂进行方解,总结出容易记忆的歌诀,以期为养殖户提供参考。
Lamb diarrhea is one of the most common diseases in sheep.Due to its high incidence rate and high morta-lity rate,it had brought huge economic losses to farmers.The digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates mainly depends on the fermentation of rumen microorganisms.Oral antibiotics will inhibit/kill rumen microorganisms,resulting in symptoms such as indigestion and anorexia.Therefore,the application of oral antibiotics in lamb diarrhea has been limited to a certain extent.Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine are widely used in the clinical because of their natural,green,safe and effective advantages.However,due to the complexity of veterinary medicine products in the market and the emphasis on syndrome differentiation and treatment in clinical application,ordinary farmers are unable to select appropriate drugs according to the actual situation of sheep farms.Based on the first-line clinical experience,the author analyzed in detail the clinical manifestations of five diarrhea syndromes of lamb:excess of cold and dampness,middle dampness and heat injury,food stagnation in intestines and stomach,deficiency of Pi Qi and Wei,deficiency of Shen Yang,as well as the solutions of representative classic prescriptions in Huoxiang Zhengqi solution,Baitouweng San,Jianwei San,Shenling Baizhu San,Buzhong Yiqi San and Sini Tang,and summarized the formulas that are easy to remember to provide theoretical and application support for farmers.
