双碳背景下智慧用能探索与实践

摘要 为解决智慧用能发展所面临的基础数据缺失、平台缺失、运维成本高、设备管理难等普遍问题,文章提出了一种“线上+线下”智慧用能模式。该模式通过打造智慧用能平台,实现线上“智能化”决策分析,结合线下“管家式”运维服务,为用户提供托管式配电智慧运维/代维、能效监测与管理、用电信息采集、综合能源管理、增值服务等一站式用电管理服务,并在某园区进行验证。验证结果表明,文章提出的智慧用能模式能够实现提高安全管理水平、降低运维成本、提高用电可靠性等目的。 In order to solve the common problems faced by the development of smart energy use, such as lack of basic data, lack of platform, high operation and maintenance costs, and difficult equipment management, this paper proposes an "online + offline" smart energy use model. This model builds a smart energy use platform, realizes online "intelligent" decision analysis, and combines offline "housekeeper-style" operation and maintenance services to provide users with managed power distribution smart operation and maintenance, energy efficiency monitoring and management, and electricity consumption. One-stop power management services such as information collection, comprehensive energy management, value-added services, etc., and verified in a park. The verification results show that the smart energy consumption model proposed in this paper can achieve the purpose of improving the level of safety management, reducing the cost of operation and maintenance, and improving the reliability of electricity consumption.
