摘要
目的:基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model,IMB)理论框架构建自由体位分娩健康教育方案。方法:基于文献回顾和小组讨论形成自由体位分娩健康教育方案初稿,采用德尔菲专家函询法对湖南省及河南省的15名专家进行德尔菲专家函询,对结果进行统计分析,最后完成方案构建。结果:2轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100.0%,方案整体权威系数分别为0.85和0.86,2轮专家函询肯德尔系数分别为0.223和0.360,最终形成的健康教育方案包括3个一级项目、12个二级项目、24个三级项目。结论:构建的基于IMB自由体位分娩健康教育方案项目科学合理,可靠性与实用性强,能为临床更好地开展自由体位分娩健康宣教提供理论依据。
Objective:To construct the health education program for free-position childbirth based on the theoretical framework of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB).Methods:The draft of health education program for free-position childbirth was formed based on literature review and group discussion.Delphi expert letter consultation was conducted among 15 experts in Hunan province and Henan province,and the results were statistically analyzed.Finally,the project construction is completed.Results:The expert positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 100.0%.The overall authority coefficients of the program were 0.85 and 0.86.The Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 0.223 and 0.360,respectively.The health education program finally formed,which included 3 first-level projects,12 second-level projects and 24 third-level projects.Conclusions:The constructed health education project for free-position childbirth based on IMB is scientific,reasonable,reliable and practical,which can provide a theoretical basis for better clinical health education of free-position childbirth.
