摘要
近年来,国家多次提出以深化“放管服”改革为抓手,不断优化营商环境。新形势下,供电企业需以客户“获得电力”指标为载体,出台多项质效增速行动。尤其在用电业扩报装方面,需要进一步精简流程环节,降低接电成本,提升接电速度。本文在客户用电业扩报装做法的基础上,总结归纳用电报装过程中面临的问题,并根据客户需求,从报装方式、流程模式、数字化管理等方面提出了进一步优化营商环境、提升用电报装服务水平的工作建议。
In recent years,the state has repeatedly proposed to deepen the reform of“streamline administration,delegate powers,improve regulation,and strengthen services”as the starting point to continuously optimize the business enabling environment.Under the new situation,power supply companies need to introduce a number of quality-efficiency enhancing initiatives based on the customer’s“access to electricity”indicator as the carrier.Especially in the expansion report forms setting of the electricity industry,it is necessary to further simplify the process links,reduce the cost of electricity connection,and improve the speed of electricity connection.This paper summarizes the problems faced in the process of expansion report forms setting of the electricity industry on the basis of the expansion report forms setting practice of the electricity industry,and proposes the suggestions for further optimizing the business enabling environment and improving the expansion report forms setting of the electricity industry from the aspects of reporting methods,process modes,and digital management according to customer needs.
