摘要
2020年,教育部印发《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》(以下简称《指导意见》),指出各高校要充分利用在线课程资源,积极开展线上与线下的教学活动,保障在线学习与线下课堂的质量,加强综合管理实效,积极依托开放课程、在线教育,鼓励多样化在线教学方案的创新。不难发现,线上教育很大程度弥补了实体学校教育的局限,带来了新的契机和机遇。未来高校教育管理的发展更需要借助现代科技手段,加强机制联动,助力改革融合,充分挖掘教育资源和学习资源,深化推动教师的“教”、学生的“学”、学校的“管”在一个有技术支撑的平台上达成平衡与共识,创新建构教育管理育人新模式。
In 2020, the Ministry of Education issued the guidance, pointing out that colleges and universities should make full use of online curriculum resources, actively carry out online and offline teaching activities, ensure the quality of online learning and offline class, improve the effectiveness of comprehensive management, actively rely on open courses and online education, and encourage the innovation of diversified online teaching programs. It is not difficult to find that online education makes up for the limitations of physical school education to a large extent, and brings new opportunities. In the future, the development of higher education management needs to rely on modern scientific and technological means, strengthen mechanism linkage, help reform integration, fully tap educational resources and learning resources, deepen the promotion of teachers’ teaching, students’ learning and school management, reach a balance and consensus on a platform with technical support, innovate and construct a new mode of education management.
