摘要
建立染发类化妆品中10种禁限用染料成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经乙腈-2 g/L抗坏血酸水溶液(体积比1∶1)溶解提取,用Waters AtlantisTM T3(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)色谱柱分离,以0.02 mol/L磷酸氢二钾水溶液-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230、320、450 nm。10种染料在相应的浓度范围线性关系良好,相关系数(r~2)均大于0.995;加标回收率为85.13%~110.17%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%,检出限为3.3~15.2μg/g。该方法操作简单、快速,适用于染发类化妆品中多种染料成分的检测。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of dyestuffin prohibited in hair dye cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed.The samples were extracted by a mixed solution (volume fraction 1:1) of acetonitrile and 2 g/L aqueous ascorbic acid.The separation was carried out on a Waters AtlantisTM T3(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm) at 30℃with methanol-0.02 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate as the mobile phase by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The components were detected at three different wavelentghs of 230,320 and450 nm.The results showed that the method had good linearity with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.995.The recoveries at different concentrations were 85.13%-110.17%with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 10%.The limit of detections (LODs) were 3.3-15.2μg/g.The method is proved to be simple,rapid,suitable for the determination of various dyestuffin prohibited in hair dye cosmetics.
