太湖流域新地标要求下某SBR污水处理厂提标改造设计

Design of SBR Process for Upgrading and Reconstruction of WWTP under New Local Discharge Standard in Taihu Lake Basin

摘要 太湖流域某污水处理厂主体工艺为序批式活性污泥法(SBR),设计规模为2.0万m^(3)/d,按照《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 32/1072—2018)标准提标改造。在对现状进水水质、出水水质、各指标达标分析,以及主体构筑物原设计参数分析的基础上,将SBR改造为多级AO工艺。改造后二沉池出水水质与改造前污水处理厂出水水质相比,生化系统的硝化和反硝化能力显著增强,出水仅在少部分时段不稳定,经过二沉池+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池+接触消毒池,出水能稳定达到DB 32/1072—2018中的表2标准[COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L、BOD5≤10 mg/L、SS≤10 mg/L、氨氮≤4(6)mg/L、TN≤12(15)mg/L、TP≤0.5 mg/L],工程总投资为5056.04万元,单位处理费用由1.03元/m3增加至1.48元/m^(3)。 A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)using SBR as main process in the Taihu Lake Basin is upgraded and reconstruction to meet the Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant&Key Industries of Taihu Area(DB 32/1072-2018),which designed scale is 2.0×104 m3/d.Based on the analysis of influent quality,effluent quality,probability of each indices reaching the new standard and the original design parameters of main structures,the SBR process is transformed into multi-stage AO process.Compared the water quality of effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank after reconstruction and water quality of the WWTP before the transformation,the capacity of nitrification and denitrification of the biochemical system is significantly enhanced,the effluent quality is unstable in a few periods.By the secondary sedimentation tank+high efficiency sedimentation tank+deep bed denitrifying biological filter+contact disinfection tank,effluent quality can reach DB 32/1072-2018[COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,SS≤10 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤4(6)mg/L,TN≤12(15)mg/L,TP≤0.5 mg/L].The total investment of the project is 50.5604 million yuan and the unit treatment cost increased from 1.03 yuan/m3 to 1.48 yuan/m^(3).
