摘要
加强和创新高校研究生党建工作既是贯彻新时代高校党建工作的基本要求,也是深入落实新时代研究生教育改革的重要举措。以研究生党建与思政业务工作融合为出发点,创新党支部党建工作开展方式,通过党团立项、学术党课、实习实践、朋辈示范等过程设置,引导研究生面向国家重点单位就业、服务国家战略,实现研究生高质量就业,践行高校为党育人、为国育才的历史使命。
Strengthening and innovating the party Construction work of postgraduates is not only the basic requirement for university,but also an important measure to deeply implement the reform of postgraduate education.Taking the integration of postgraduate party building,ideological and political work as a starting point,innovating the establishment of party branches and the way in which party building work is carried out,and guiding postgraduates to seek employment in key national units and serve national strategies through process settings such as party group project,academic party courses,internship practice,and peer demonstrations,to achieve high-quality employment for postgraduates,and to implement the historical mission of university to educate talent students for the country.
