某商用车Ⅰ型推力杆有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 以某6X4的商用汽车为研究对象,建立Ⅰ型推力杆的两种有限元模型。一是考虑橡胶实体的完整模型,二是忽略橡胶实体的简化模型,利用HyperMesh、ABAQUS软件进行处理计算,获取推力杆强度分析。判断标准为各零件的应力值是否超出对应材料的屈服极限,检验结构设计之初的强度是否达标,并验证简化模型的可行性。结果表明:推力杆的各部件的最大应力值均未超过其屈服极限,能满足相应的强度条件,且简化模型的各应力结果均比完整模型略大一些,在工程允许的误差范围内,故而可以使用该方法简化推力杆的结构分析。 Taking a 6x4 commercial vehicle as the research object,two finite element models of type Ⅰ thrust rod are established.One is to consider the complete model of the rubber entity,the other is to ignore the simplified model of the rubber entity,and then useing HyperMesh and ABAQUS software to process and calculate to obtain the strength analysis of the thrust rod.The judgment standard is whether the stress value of each part exceeds the yield limit of the corresponding material,whether the strength at the beginning of the structural design meets the standard,and verify the feasibility of the simplified model.The results show that the maximum stress of each component of the thrust rod does not exceed its yield limit,which can meet the corresponding strength conditions,and the stress results of the simplified model are slightly larger than those of the complete model,which is within the allowable error range of the project.Therefore,this method can be used to simplify the structural analysis of the thrust rod.
