摘要
针对产业链转型升级过程中存在的标准信息不匹配、传递效率低下和监管不到位等问题,构建基于区块链技术的产品标准链,设计以标准链为主链、企业链为侧链的主侧链双链系统。该系统采用信誉积分的委托权益证明(DPOS)共识机制,并引入中心化监管机制的逻辑架构。基于区块链技术的标准链体系可以弱化产品标准的信息不对称程度,实现企业间标准信息的高效传递、匹配和共享,为科技赋能产业升级提供理论与实践参考。
In view of the problems of uncoordinated standard information,low transmission efficiency and inadequate supervision in the process of industrial chain transformation and upgrading.This paper constructs a product standard chain based on blockchain and designs a double-chain system.The standard chain as the main chain and the enterprise chain as the side chain.The system adopts the trusted proof-of-stake(DPOS) consensus mechanism of credit points and introduces the logical framework of centralized supervision mechanism.The standard chain system based on blockchain technology can weaken the information asymmetry of product standards and realize the efficient transmission,matching and sharing of standard information among enterprises.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the upgrading of science and technology enabled industries.
