摘要 为了应对气候变化所带来的潜在危害,世界各国纷纷提出了各自的减排贡献度,中国也做出了“30·60”的庄严承诺,并推出了碳交易市场等一系列政策措施。作为高耗能行业,做好碳排放管理对油气公司来说尤为重要。分析了油气公司在碳资产管理中存在的主要问题,研究了利用智能物联网、区块链技术对碳排放情况进行智能化、数字化、透明化管理的方法,论述了通过长短期记忆神经网络算法合理规划购买碳配额从而降低履约风险的相关技术。基于区块链技术进行碳排放管理,可提升碳资产数据的准确性和开放性,推动油气行业向低碳生态时代迈进。 In order to cope with the potential threat brought by the climate change, different countries have proposed their respective contribution to carbon emission reduction. China has also made a solemn commitment featuring “30·60” and introduced a package of policies and measures. For oil and natural gas companies, it is of vital importance to manage well the reduction of carbon emission. The author of this paper has analyzed the major problems existing in the carbon asset management by oil and natural gas companies and studied the methods of smart, digitalized and transparent management of carbon emission by way of the smart IoT and block chain technology. Moreover, the author has discussed relevant technologies regarding the reasonable purchasing of carbon quota via long-term and short-term memory neural network algorithm so as to reduce the contractual risk. The block chain technology-based management of carbon emission could increase the accuracy and openness of carbon asset data and help the oil and natural gas industry forge forward towards the low-carbon and ecological era.
