摘要
高校教育的根本任务是“立德树人”,课程建设旨在落实育人的根本目标。英语演讲课程有机地融合知识传递、能力培养和价值塑造,强调“三全育人”和“全人教育”。以此为目的,南京师范大学的英语演讲课程建设积极探索,大胆实践,创立全校课程成果展示赛这一课堂组织形式。活动设计注重个体化参与、挑战性和协作性,以实现丰富学生真实情境体验,师生形成学习共同体,促进学生知识和能力建构的目的。这种教学创新使第一课堂与第二课堂无缝对接,有助于实现英语演讲课的核心价值,为立德树人提供动力,具有一定的推广作用。
The fundamental task of college education lies invalues education and all-round character building,which requires that curriculum construction aim at fulfilling the fundamental goal of talent cultivation.The course of English Public Speaking properly integrates knowledge transfer,skills training and value shaping,emphasizing the"three-all education"and"holistic education".To serve this purpose,Nanjing Normal University has explored extensively into the course development,which gave birth to an innovative classroom organization form,a campus-wide Course Achievement Show.The design of the event focuses on participation,challenge,and collaboration,with the aim of enriching students'real situational experience,building a teacher-student learning community,and enhancing students'knowledge and abilities.Overall,this innovative event of seamless integration of curricular and extracurricular activities helps realize the real significance of the course,and motivates values education and all-round character building.The model and practice may extend to other universities.
