摘要
目的探讨G+OEC护理模式在主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法73例主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者随机分为两组。术后,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用G+OEC护理模式。比较两组的应激反应。结果干预后,观察组的肾上腺素、皮质醇水平均低于对照组,强迫、躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、敌对、精神病性、偏执评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论G+OEC护理模式可减轻主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者的术后生理及心理应激反应,利于患者恢复。
Objective To explore the application effect of G+OEC nursing mode in patients after aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement.Methods 73 patients with aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received G+OEC nursing mode.The stress responses of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of adrenaline and cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of compulsion,somatization,interpersonal relationships,anxiety,depression,fear,hostility,psychosis,and paranoia were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions G+OEC nursing mode can reduce the postoperative physiological and psychological stress responses of patients with aortic bioprosthetic valve replacement,and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
