数字经济背景下物业服务智能化发展模式与实现路径研究 被引量:4

摘要 数字经济背景下我国物业服务的智能化正在加速发展,目前已形成了三种典型模式,分别为服务智能化提供模式、资源智能化整合模式以及服务智能化生态模式。三种模式各有优缺点。为推动物业服务企业的智能化发展,政府和企业在优化技术、人才和资金等要素供给的同时,还应加快数字标准化建设、构建产业互联互通环境,并为物业服务企业智能化提供税收优惠支持。 The intelligentization of property services in China is accelerating in the context of digital economy,and three typical models have been formed,which are intelligent service provision model,intelligent resource integration model and intelligent service ecological model.Each of the three models has its own advantages and disadvantages.In order to promote the intelligent development of property service enterprises,the government and enterprises should accelerate the construction of digital standardization,build an industry interconnection environment,and provide tax preferential support for the intelligentizing of property services enterprises while optimizing the supply of factors of production such as technology,talents and capital.
