摘要
研究了油润滑条件下的轴承密封材料聚四氟乙烯的滑动磨损特性。利用摩擦磨损试验机进行试验,并用磨损表面三维形貌重构设备和三维表面粗糙度参数等对PTFE在试验过程中的表面磨损情况进行了微观形貌分析。结果表明,在试验条件下,PTFE的主要磨损机理为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损;在试验范围内,PTFE试样的磨损体积、磨损率的变化对应着摩擦系数的变化,且与磨损机理的变化密切相关;三维表面粗糙度混合参数Sdq可以反映PTFE材料在磨损过程中的磨损表面微观形貌变化情况。
The sliding wear characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), a bearing sealing material, under oil-lubrication were studied. The tribological and wear testing machine was used to analyze the surface wear of PTFE during the test, and the 3D surface reconstruction equipment and 3D surface roughness parameters were used to analyze the surface wear of PTFE during the test. The results show that the main wear mechanism of PTFE is abrasive wear and adhesive wear. In the test range, the wear volume and wear rate of PTFE samples are related to the change of friction coefficient and are closely related to the change of wear mechanism. The 3D surface roughness mixing parameter Sdq can reflect the microstructure changes of the wear surface of PTFE during the wear process.
