摘要
介绍385/65R22.5全天候全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1067 mm,断面宽385 mm,行驶面宽度308 mm,行驶面弧度高13 mm,胎圈着合直径570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度311 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.01,胎面采用对称式条形花纹,中心花纹块开设横向细沟槽,花纹深度16.5 mm,花纹周节数55,花纹饱和度70%,胎肩花纹采用封闭式设计。施工设计:胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用1×5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎面采用双复合结构,采用一次法成型机成型,采用热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能、滚动阻力、噪声、抗湿滑性能、雪地性能均达到相应设计要求。
The design of 385/65R22.5 all-season truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1067 mm,cross-section width 385 mm,width of running surface 308 mm,arc height of running surface 13 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 311 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H_(1)/H_(2))1.01,using symmetrical strip pattern,pattern depth 16.5 mm,number of pattern pitches 55,block/total ratio 70%,and using closed design for tire shoulder pattern.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,3+8×0.33HT steel cords for 1#and 2#belts,1×5×0.30HI steel cord for 3#belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt,double composite structure for tread,using one-stage building machine to build tires and hot plate curing press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,durability,rolling resistance,noise,wet skid resistance and snow performance of the tire met the corresponding design requirements.
