摘要
心率变异性是相邻心跳间歇的细小差别,是衡量心脏自主神经系统的一个重要指标,近年来被用作运动训练监控的一种研究工具和评估方法。本文对心率变异性的测量指标及其含义、心率变异性的分析方法和心率变异性在运动监控中的结合指标进行综述,旨在明晰心率变异性应用于运动监控中存在的优缺点,为相关从业人员提供参考。建议:选择心率变异性的具体监控指标与数据处理方法时,需要根据不同情况,选择最佳的指标与方法;同时,心率变异性在用于运动监控时,应与不同的监控方法结合使用、相互验证,以避免出现因特殊情况发生的数据偏差,对运动员进行全方位、立体化的监控,有助于及时发现运动员出现的意外状况。
Heart rate variability, a small difference between adjacent heartbeat intervals, is an important indicator of the cardiac autonomic nervous system and has been used as a research tool and assessment method for sports training monitoring in recent years. The measurement indexes and meanings of HRV, the analysis methods of HRV, and the combination indexes of HRV in exercise monitoring are reviewed. The aim is to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of heart rate variability in exercise monitoring and to provide a reference for relevant practitioners. The selection of specific indicators and data processing methods for HRV needs to be based on the best indicators and methods for different situations. Meanwhile, when heart rate variability is used for sports monitoring, it should be used in combination with different monitoring methods to verify each other to avoid data deviations due to special situations, and to provide comprehensive and three-dimensional monitoring of athletes, which is conducive to the timely detection of unexpected conditions of athletes.
