摘要
我国始终坚持反对在体育运动中使用兴奋剂的立场,并采取多种举措来防控兴奋剂问题的出现。反兴奋剂教育是解决兴奋剂问题的根本手段,在备战第十四届全国运动会周期,河北省采取多种反兴奋剂教育策略,以保障兴奋剂问题的“零出现”,包括强化知识传授、谋取最佳效果;推动拓展教育、吸引关注参与;严格准入制度、坚持底线原则;加强基地建设、发挥宣教作用;创新教育手段、开发制作材料;加强宣传工作、创造良好氛围。在实施过程中存在的问题包括教育内容难度较大、讲师水平有待提升、接受教育者的能力有限、教育手段需要创新。未来的应对策略建议聚焦于培养教育讲师以提升教育水平,调整教育内容以提高针对性,创新教育手段以提升教育效果等方面。
China always insists on opposing the doping in sports, and has taken many measures to prevent and control doping violations. Anti-doping education is the fundamental measure to solve the doping problems. In the preparation for the 14 th National Games, Hebei Province has implemented a variety of education strategies to ensure the “zero occurrence” of doping, which include reinforcing knowledge transfer to seek the better effect, promoting expanding education to attract more attention and participation, implementing the access system to stick to the bottom line, strengthening bases construction to give full play to propaganda and education, innovating educational means to develop better materials, enhancing publicity to create better environment. In the process of implementation, several problems emerged: the content is too difficult;lecturers are too hard to be improved;effects are obtained with difficulty;and methods are not easy to innovated. The coping strategies should focus on the following aspects, which are further training education lecturers, adjusting and optimizing educational contents and innovating educational methods.
