铝型材挤压生产线在线智能淬火关键技术研究

摘要 主要阐述了铝型材挤压生产线在线智能淬火系统的基本构成与控制策略,以及针对在线淬火自适应控制的主要研发方向,并给出了由工业控制系统计算机HMI和可编程控制器PLC之间所构成的TCP IP网络拓扑架构;为适应对在线淬火冷却温度的控制系统反应快、稳定性高和精确度高的需求,研发出了一套在线自适应淬火冷却水温度控制器,从而实现了基于冷却工艺模型进行自动适应匹配温度的挤压在线冷却,并通过实时动态闭环调整冷却水的温度最优值,提高了挤压加工生产线型材在线冷却系统的精确度和稳定性,进而在线提高淬火后的型材性能。 In this paper,the basic structure and control strategy of on-line intelligent quenching system for aluminum profile extrusion production line are described,and the main research and development direction of on-line self-adaptive control for quenching are also discussed,the TCP IP network topology which is composed of industrial control system computer HMI and Programmable Controller PLC is given.In order to meet the requirements of quick response,high stability and high accuracy of the on-line quenching cooling temperature control system,a set of on-line self-adaptive quenching cooling water temperature controller is developed.Thus,the extrusion on-line cooling based on the cooling process model can be automatically adapted to match the temperature.And the temperature adaptation value of the cooling water can be adjusted by the real-time dynamic closed-loop method.The accuracy and stability of the on-line cooling system for the profiles on the extrusion production line are improved,and then the properties of the profiles after quenching are improved on the line.
