摘要
基于空气过滤净化及病菌防护的需要,高效低阻的个人防护抗菌空气过滤材料已成为研究热点之一。其中,针对纳米空气滤材进行抗菌整理,开发高过滤、低阻力的抗菌复合材料在个人防护过滤材料领域具有重要意义。总结了季铵盐、纳米金属、纳米碳以及天然抗菌材料的抗菌机理,回顾了这4类材料在个人防护抗菌纳米空气过滤领域的研究进展,分析和讨论了现有研究中存在的问题,指出开发具有生态、经济、广谱且持久的抗菌纳米滤材是当前的重点研究方向。同时提出要深入研究多组分抗菌体系的协同机制,以期实现纳米空气滤材的多功能集成化。
Based on the requirements in air purification and bacteria protection, the development of high filtration and antibacterial air purification materials has become one of the research hot spots. Among them, it is of great significance to carry out antibacterial finishing on nano air filter materials and develop antibacterial composite materials with high filtration and low resistance in the field of personal protective filter materials. The antibacterial mechanism of the four types of mainstream antibacterial materials including quaternary ammonium, nanocrystalline metal, nanocarbon and natural antibacterial materials is summarized. The research progress of the above antimicrobial agents is reviewed systematically, and the problems and deficiencies in the existing research are analyzed and discussed. It is pointed out that the development of broad-spectrum and long-lasting antibacterial nanofibers filtration with ecological and economical properties are key points of research. Simultaneously, it is proposed to further study the synergistic mechanism of multi-component antibacterial systems, in order to achieve the multi-functional integration of nano air filter materials.
