摘要
采用基源鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别和含量测定等方法对藏药志达萨增(野草莓Fragaria vesca L.)进行生药学研究,并以图文形式进行描述.藏药志达萨增(野草莓)为蔷薇科草莓属植物野草莓的干燥全草,其原植物形态、药材性状和不同器官的显微组织构造鉴别特征明显,主要化学成分的TLC鉴别分离和显色效果良好,含量测定方法中,仪器精密度以及标准品溶液线性关系良好,重复性、准确度及供试品溶液稳定性满足含量测定要求.本研究首次报道了野草莓药材的性状和显微特征、薄层色谱鉴别和主要成分含量测定方法,可为藏药野草莓的生药鉴定、质量标准制定和资源开发利用提供一定的理论依据.
The pharmacognosy characteristics of Tibetan medicine Zhida sazeng(Fragaria vesca L.)were studied.The methods of base source identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification and content determination were used for research,and described in the form of graphics and text.Tibetan medicine Zhidasazeng(Fragaria vesca L.)is a dried whole plant of Fragaria vesca L.in Rosaceae.Its original plant morphology,medicinal properties and microstructure of different organs have obvious identification characteristics;The TLC identification,separation and color development of the main chemical components were good;In the content determination method,the linear relationship between instrument precision and standard solution was good,and the repeatability,accuracy and stability of test solution met the content determination requirements.In this study,the properties and microscopic characteristics,TLC identification and content determination of main components of Fragaria vesca L.were reported for the first time,which provided a certain theoretical basis for crude drug identification,quality standard formulation and resource development and utilization of Tibetan Fragaria vesca L..
